Grant and Valerie Stirling are passionate about photography. Based in Nelson, New Zealand they are consumate professionals who delight in exceeding people's expectations. Traditionally known as a passionate wedding and portrait photographer, Grant Stirling has also built-up a quality reputation in fine commercial photography over the past 14 years.

He runs Nelson's only fully equipped, purpose built Studio with heated floor and full bathroom/changing room, adjacent to a Gallery and two spacious Offices.

When Grant is not in the studio, office, on a shoot locally, or training for a National road bicycle race, you might find him hanging out of a helicopter, on a boat, or on land shooting a luxury charter boat deep in Southern Fiordland or an oil rig in the Marlborough Sounds. The office is kept running and Grant's busy schedule is kept organised by Valerie.

Grant is a competitive cyclist and is a lover of the outdoors, which is when he adds to his extensive stock library of stunning Nelson and New Zealand images.

After a 3 week assignment for Clough International photgraphing the floatoff and installation of a 165m high oil rig, Grant is now BOSIET and HUET Certified (including Health & Safety, Fire, Marine & Aviation and Advanced Medical).
